Pomegranate Chicken

Our Pomegranate and Orange Jam makes a great glaze over chicken. Season your chicken thighs with salt and pepper, and spread a light coating of Pomegranate and Orange Jelly over and under the chicken skin. Bake the chicken at 375 degrees for 30 minutes, and baste the chicken with the juices that collect in the bottom of the pan frequently for the next 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
