Pick up a box of puff pastry and defrost per directions on the box. Cut each sheet of puff pastry into 16 squares. Put a scant half teaspoon of jam in the middle, and a little bit of water around the edges of all four sides, so they will seal easily. Fold into triangles and seal the edges with a fork. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet, and brush a little egg wash on top (one egg whipped with a little water). Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown (about 15 minutes) and they’re done. You can use any of our fruit Jams, or try the Carrot and Ginger Jam, Pepper Jam, or a Tomato Jam.
