Orange Marmalade

This tart and tangy marmalade is delicious, and the bits of orange rind give the welcome bite you expect with a good marmalade.  I enjoy orange marmalade on toast and in my plain yogurt.  It’s also perfect in a thumbprint cookie, and over a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
