Our Jams make amazing dips when you add a soft cheese. Cream cheese and Neufchatel cheese are classic, but try mixing our jams with goat cheese or even a Mascarpone cheese. Pepper Jam and cream cheese are a classic combination. You can mix ¼ cup of Pepper Jam with 8 ounces of cream cheese and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to marry. Try mixing our Carrot and Ginger Jam with a soft cheese, or our Roasted Garlic and Sweet Onion Jam with a soft cheese, and you have a perfect dip to serve with crackers, pita chips, pretzels, and even vegetables – carrot and celery sticks, cucumbers and broccoli work very well with cheese dips.
