1 wheel Brie cheese 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
1 egg white 3 Tablespoons Jams by Kim, any flavor (Bartlett Pear is my favorite)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Place the wheel of Brie in the middle of the puff pastry, on top of the parchment paper. Add your favorite flavor of Jams by Kim to the top of the Brie. Wrap the puff pastry around the Brie and pull it to the top center, so it looks like a package, just make sure the seams all come together. Brush the top and sides with egg white, and bake for 30 minutes, until golden brown. Serve immediately with crackers or flat bread.
