Peach Melba Jam

This Jam is named for the classic Peach Melba dessert. I remember the peach half with a scoop of vanilla ice cream topped with a delicious raspberry sauce, and it makes me smile. You will find local raspberries and peaches with a fresh vanilla bean in this Jam. This jam is such a favorite, it was my 10th Anniversary Jam back in 2019, so get it while it’s still available.
