Our Spicy Tomato Jam tastes like plum tomatoes with heat. You taste a hint of nutmeg a touch of lime and some ginger along with the spice of red pepper flakes. It’s delicious with cheese, makes a great sandwich spread, and a lovely glaze on Salmon, Chicken or Meat Loaf. Delicious! If you like the heat, this Jam fits the bill. I like it with scrambled eggs and an English Muffin.
