Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Cut a 12 ounce filet into 4 pieces. Place salmon skin side down on a foil covered or nonstick baking sheet. Season the salmon with salt and pepper, and brush lightly with warm Pepper Jam. Place approximately 1 teaspoon of jam per piece of salmon in a microwave safe dish and warm in a microwave for 10-20 seconds. Bake until salmon is done, 12-15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork. Baste salmon with any Pepper Jam juices from the pan and serve immediately.
