My roommate and I are opposites. She likes sweet and I like zing. But this one pleases us both. I especially like it on baked fish.

Kim’s pepper jam is an all-time favorite of mine. I like pour some of this jam on softened cream cheese to create a marvelous dip for crackers, and I like spread this jam on baked chicken or pork chops to give them that extra “zing”. I personally prefer to use this jam when cooking; I don’t usually spread this jam on breads and muffins. Although, I have spread this jam on a toasted everything bagel, and that combination sent my taste buds into a happy state.
